AliExpress issued a new announcement: Cainiao official first-mile subsidy is here

Recently, AliExpress released an announcement stating that in order to better support merchants' needs for overseas warehouse stocking for Double 11, Black Friday, and Christmas, Cainiao will provide subsidies for the official first-leg logistics costs for merchants who replenish goods to Cainiao's official overseas warehouses through Cainiao's official first-leg, helping merchants reduce costs.

The specific subsidy details are as follows:

1. Subsidy period:

Between 00:00:00 on September 1, 2021 and 23:59:59 on October 31, 2021 (Beijing time), use Cainiao's official first-leg service, based on the completion time of Cainiao's domestic warehouse receipt (for full container door-to-door pickup, the completion time of door-to-door pickup) and the final payment of the first-leg order

2. Subsidy content:

1) Air freight subsidy of 10 yuan/KG, with a maximum subsidy of 1,500 yuan per ticket

2) Ocean freight subsidy is 500 yuan/cubic meter, with a maximum subsidy of 3,000 yuan per shipment

3) The freight subsidy for 40HQ full container by sea is 8,000 yuan/container, and the maximum subsidy per shipment is 8,000 yuan

4) Qatar Airways bulk cargo subsidy of 5 yuan/kg, with a maximum subsidy of 3,000 yuan per ticket

5) Qatar Airways provides a full container freight subsidy of RMB 10,000 per container, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 10,000 per ticket

3. Subsidy recipients:

AliExpress merchants who ship goods to Cainiao official overseas warehouses through Cainiao official first-leg service during the above-specified period and meet all conditions and restrictions of this notice;

4. Subsidy payment method and matters needing attention:

1) Subsidy payment method

On the last working day of the next month after the subsidy activity period ends, Cainiao will calculate the orders that meet the subsidy conditions and have completed payment during the activity period, and will transfer the subsidies in batches to the domestic Alipay account of the corresponding merchant (the same account as the freight deduction account). 2) Subsidy considerations

a. Statistics and calculation standards: All subsidy amount statistics and calculations for this activity are based on the Cainiao backend, and merchants have no objection to this.

b. The following warehouses are defined as Cainiao official overseas warehouses

4PX Spain warehouse MAD100, EDA Spain warehouse MAD601, Qianxiang box Spain warehouse MAD200, EDA France warehouse PAR601, 4PX France warehouse PAR100, 4PX Poland warehouse POZ100, EDA Poland warehouse POZ100, 4PX Belgium warehouse LGG101, 4PX Czech warehouse PRG100, 4PX Germany warehouse FRA100, 4PX Germany second warehouse FRA101, 4PX UK warehouse LHR100, 4PX Italy warehouse ITA100, and Cainiao official overseas warehouses newly opened between 2021.9.1-2021.10.31

c. Anti-fraud: If Cainiao discovers any fraudulent behavior by the participating merchants after the end of the event (including but not limited to corresponding transaction orders and fraud), it will have the right to cancel the merchant's eligibility to receive subsidies and require the merchant to return the subsidy amount, and has the right to pursue legal action for the unreturned amount or losses caused to the platform, Cainiao or third parties.

d. Subsidy limit: This activity sets a maximum subsidy amount for each ticket. Merchants who meet the requirements will be ranked in order of priority, first come first served, while supplies last. Sellers can follow AliExpress's subsidy notifications and enjoy official subsidies.
