Q: How can I check the status of my shipment?

A: If you would like to verify the current status of your package, please click here to enter MailAmericas online tracking. This tool will allow you to view the instances that have passed as well as the current status of your shipment.

Q: My package is detained/intervened by customs, what should I do?

A: If your package is "delayed" or "held" at customs, it may be due to additional controls (which is a normal process) or you may also be required to pay customs taxes. The latter will be notified by email with instructions for the next steps. If your package has been "intervened" to find illegal content inside it, it will not be distributed and will be open to customs. We recommend that you contact your supplier or purchasing platform to get a solution.

Q: How many delivery attempts will there be for my package?

A: The attempts of home delivery depend on the service contracted by the seller. In some services they make two or more delivery attempts, in others they offer only home delivery. After overcoming the established attempts, the package will be redirected to the branch where you can enter and withdraw it through the window. If you do not know which branch to contact, we will inform you in the online tracking where you can communicate.
