Despite repeated bans, suspected racial discrimination products are still sold on GearBubble in the United States

Anti-Semitic Nazi products have been requested to be removed by multiple platforms more than once, especially Amazon has repeatedly removed products related to racial discrimination. However, a recent investigation found that the US GearBubble platform is still selling products that promote racism.

GearBubble 's website shows that various mugs, pillowcases and clothing that are suspected of racial discrimination are still being sold. Words such as Adolf Hitler, the Nazi "death head" symbol, swastikas, Hitler's badge, the neo-Nazi black sun and white power symbols, and other neo-Nazi and fascist words are still printed on these items.

It is worth noting that some T-shirts are printed with images of baby Hitler and US President Joe Biden. The investigation shows that there are many different types of products on the platform, all of which are promoting racism, which undoubtedly touches the bottom line of the nonpartisan advocacy organization Counter Extremism Project (CEP).

In March 2021, the CEO of CEP wrote to the GearBubble platform to inform it to suspend accounts selling such goods. It stated that these items violated the terms and conditions of the Gearbubble platform, which states that no "false, defamatory, misrepresentative, infringing on the intellectual property rights of any other entity or interfering with or restricting any other user" should be posted on the website. This includes but is not limited to posting any illegal, obscene, defamatory, indecent, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or any content that may give rise to civil liability or criminal charges.

But as of now, CEP has said that it has not received any response from GearBubble. The executive director of CEP said that this anti-Semitic attention is a general threat, and clothing with these signs and patterns is a terrible behavior. This is undoubtedly an announcement that GearBubble allows the spread of anti-Semitism and helps those who promote this doctrine to profit from this hateful ideology.

In fact, it is not just Amazon, but a number of other platforms that prohibit the sale of products that promote racial discrimination. Sellers who want to use racism to boost sales would better give up this idea.

In general, if GearBubble is truly committed to maintaining its own guidelines, it should immediately and permanently suspend the sales of accounts related to the promotion of racism and correct the obvious and obvious flaws in its reporting system. For cross-border sellers, it should also take this as a warning and avoid selling such products on other platforms to avoid unnecessary losses.
