-On August 26, 2016, Hai Cloud Exchange was registered and established in Hong Kong.

-On April 6, 2017, Hai Yun Hui International Services Co., Ltd. obtained a money lender license in Hong Kong.

-On October 9, 2017, Hai Cloud Hui opened in Hong Kong.

-On December 28, 2017, Hai Cloud Exchange (Hong Kong) MSO license was approved.

-On August 16, 2018, Hai Cloud Exchange (Hong Kong) obtained the leveraged foreign exchange trading license and securities trading license.

-In May 2019, HAI Smart Alpha obtained an asset management license.
