About AllPay

AllPay has established long-term cooperative relationships with major payment brands such as UnionPay, Alipay, Tenpay, and Paypal, supports dozens of payment channels, and serves thousands of transaction websites and brands around the world, including: Tianhai Cruise, China Southern Airlines, Jeju Air, AirPaz and other internationally renowned companies, with global cross-border payment capabilities.

Background

AllPay founder Ye Weihua has worked in the People's Bank of China and UnionPay, and has more than ten years of experience in payment settlement and overseas markets. He started a business with his colleagues in 2012. His previous business was to provide technical support and operation services to large B-end users such as banks and payment companies, which was more mid-to-back-end. However, the team wanted to establish an independent cross-border payment service brand from China. Facing a larger user base, they began to think about a more front-end model. After a year of internal incubation, Allpay officially opened its services to the outside world in October 2015.

Main Business

1. Enterprise-level cross-border online payment service

Through the interface, e-commerce merchants can realize one-stop online payment functions based on PC and mobile terminals, integrate payment channels such as UnionPay, Alipay, Fortune, VISA, MasterCard, etc., and provide integrated services such as customs declaration.

2. Enterprise-level cross-border payment services

Realizing the cross-border payment collection function for cross-border trade enterprises to enterprises in the country, Hong Kong and other countries and regions will be beneficial to the timely capital recovery of domestic and foreign enterprises abroad.

3. Personal cross-border remittance access service

This function is provided to cross-border remittance processing companies, enabling remittances from countries and regions around the world to personal bank card accounts in China.

1. Direct payment

Allpay Direct Debit service collects payments at a variety of rates on a regular monthly basis, providing the most efficient, cost-effective and convenient method for you and your customers.

2. Credit and Debit Cards

Allpay is PCI DSS compliant, offering your customers the widest range of payment methods via phone, internet, mobile apps, call centers, etc., maximizing revenue and reducing debt.

3. Cash

Allpay has the UK's largest over the counter payments network, working with the Post Office to give your customers a choice of 40,000 outlets and branches to pay their bills.

4. Prepayment

Allpay's prepaid cards are preloaded MasterCard cards that can be used to pay for goods and services with no credit or overdraft facilities. Prepaid cards can also be used to purchase goods and services at point of sale, online or over the phone, and all transactions made using the card will be recorded and monitored.

5. Intelligent Pay-As-You-Go

Allpay is the only provider of a real-time over-the-counter payment solution for the Post Office, enabling energy customers to top up their meters with cash and have their accounts credited instantly, and the network enables utility providers to offer their customers access to a network of 11,500 national branches.

Development History

-In October 2015, Allpay officially opened its services to the public.

-In February 2016, AllPay completed a US$1.5 million Series A financing round, with the investor being the US independent investment institution PowerLaw Capital.

-In October 2018, iPayLinks and payment platform AllPay reached a strategic cooperation. Through resource integration, the two parties jointly provided payment services to Wish sellers, giving Wish sellers an additional payment option.
