Q: Will my repeating box be the same every time?

A: We understand that our customers like variety, therefore, you have the final say on what goes into each box. We will build each box based on your preferences and our current inventory, then send you an email and text message notification that your box is ready for review. You can fully customize your box so you get the cut you want.

Q: Do you provide cooking instructions for your products?

Q: How will my meat and seafood be shipped?

A: All of our products are shipped completely frozen and packed in an insulated box with dry ice to ensure it stays frozen from our door to yours, our cuts are individually vacuum sealed in high quality, airtight frozen vacuum packaging to lock in freshness and ensure a long shelf life in your freezer. Ground beef and patties are vacuum sealed in pound by pound packages, and all of our meat is USDA inspected.
