Q: What guarantees are provided?

A: All warehouses offer at least 30 days guarantee on the supplied parts. Some carry 60 days or even 90 days or even longer.

Q: What if the supplied parts are faulty?

A: Simply log into your account, you can click on the "Report a Problem" link and fill out a brief summary of the issue and we will investigate it for you.

Q: What if you don't find my spare part the first time?

A: Obviously due to the nature of used spare parts it is not possible for every member to have every spare part for every vehicle model ever produced, however with a network of over 150 top recyclers we will usually find 3 or 4 that have one and provide you with a quote, of course sometimes no one will have a specific part but as all members receive over 100's of additional vehicles every day you can simply re-enter your request after a day or two and normally your part will become available.
