Financing

-In January 2017, Indonesian financial platform Bareksa cooperated with e-commerce platform Bukalapak to jointly launch the BukaReksa crowdfunding investment fund platform.

-In April 2017, Bareksa received its first round of financing from Gemilang Dana Sentosa, an investor of Doku, and 20% of Bareksa’s equity was transferred to the investor. After the financing, Bareksa’s valuation reached tens of millions of dollars that month.

Development History

-In January 2015, BareKsa cooperated with PT Buana Capital, a long-established broker in Indonesia, to provide cooperative services for its fund sales.

-In January 2016, BareKsa received the official license for mutual fund sales issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Agency (OJK), becoming the first technology company in Indonesia to obtain a mutual fund sales license (APRD).

-In March 2019, Ovo Wallet started cooperation with Bareksa, and its users can invest and manage their finances through the Bareksa platform with an annual yield of 5%-6%.
