The reason is that sellers participating in this promotion must first be prepared to reduce the price of goods by 20%, and sellers must voluntarily ship to various countries, while previously these merchants mainly targeted local consumers in the United States.
After the event was launched to the international consumer market, foreign sellers said that it would take time to adjust logistics and the investment costs would increase.
