TikTok opens its Ads Manager tool to New Zealand businesses

TikTok announced on Thursday that its self-service ad management tool, TikTok For Business Ads Manager, is now available to New Zealand businesses.

This advertising management tool provides a series of video templates for companies to choose from, allowing companies to intelligently target audiences through algorithms to place advertisements and expand new users while controlling their budgets .

Simon Connolly of TikTok New Zealand said the platform makes it easy for businesses to " tap into the creativity of our diverse community, reach new audiences and optimise marketing campaigns . "

It is reported that TikTok 's cooperation with e-commerce giant Shopify has also expanded to New Zealand. Shopify merchants in New Zealand can now create TikTok ads and track ad performance without leaving the Shopify dashboard .

The advertising service support provided by TikTok has been widely praised by the New Zealand business community.

" The self-service advertising platform is a great tool for New Zealand businesses to promote their products and services in real time , " said Michael Barnett, CEO of Auckland Chamber of Commerce .

“Its advertising costs are low, its own employees are more enthusiastic and motivated when doing these ads , and the ads are more personalized . This makes it easier to reach new audiences and easier for companies to succeed.

Adam Thompson , owner of New Zealand clothing brand Magichollow, was impressed by the service.

“Since using TikTok’s self-service advertising platform, it has become one of the main sources of our traffic . Unexpectedly, the traffic to our offline physical stores has also increased as a result , which makes us very excited.

The #smallbusinessnz hashtag has currently received 11.7 million views on TikTok . This is not surprising, as TikTok has become a traffic treasure land in the minds of e-commerce practitioners in recent years.

According to the editor, other mainstream social media such as Facebook and Twitter now also support and allow companies to create, manage and target their ads on the platform . This is indeed a big improvement compared to traditional Internet advertising. E-commerce practitioners can also use these channels to promote products more accurately, reduce advertising expenses and increase revenue.
