What is Shopee Brand Mall Seller? Shopee Brand Mall Seller Review, Features

Brand Mall, also known as the official mall, ShopeeMall is a dedicated shopping space for major international and local brands on Shopee, where customers can purchase the latest products of their favorite brands in one stop.

About Brand Mall

As a Chinese cross-border seller, joining a brand mall can enhance store exposure, improve brand awareness, establish brand image, and increase buyer trust.

How to join the brand mall

1. Before becoming a brand mall seller, sellers need to meet two requirements at the same time:

General requirements: See the attached "CNCB Brand Mall Seller Requirements";

Local market requirements: See the attached “Local Entry Rules” for local entry rules.

2. After meeting the above requirements, the seller needs to provide relevant information to the account manager.

3. Shopee will review the information after receiving it. The review time for each market is different. See the attached "Local Entry Rules".

4. After the review is completed, the account manager will contact the seller to inform him of the review results.

Specific requirements for sellers to enter CNCB Brand Mall

If the brand is well-known locally (has offline stores in the local market), it can enter the mall directly.

Otherwise, you need to meet at least one of the following requirements in terms of store performance and brand image:

1. Store performance (meet at least one requirement):

(1) LazMall’s overall ADO performance in the last 30 days (brands’ prices on Shopee Mall need to be competitive with those on LazMall):

MY: Daily order > 25 ADO or daily average GMV > RM 5K;

SG: daily order > 10;

PH: daily order > 10;

ID: Aliexpress/LZD/T-Mall daily orders > 150;

VN: daily orders > 10;

TH/TW/PH: Not applicable;

(2) Shopee’s ADO performance in the last 30 days:

MY: Daily order > 25 ADO or daily average GMV > RM 5K;

SG: Daily order > 5;

·TW: Daily order > 1;

VN: daily orders > 10;

PH: Net orders in the previous month >= 30; Number of unique buyers >= 20;

· ID/TH: Not applicable.

2. Brand image (meet at least one requirement):

(1) Owning a Tmall flagship store:

PH: score >= 4.8;

MY: Rating>=4.8 and fans>150,000;

ID: Only applicable to fashion, home and maternity brands. Other brands need to meet the other two

One of the image requirements;

TH: Only applicable to fashion, home and TKB brands. Other brands need to meet the other two brands

One of the image requirements;

Other markets: No other special requirements.

(2) AliExpress Gold Sellers:

MY: Positive reviews > 95% and number of fans > 150,000;

Other markets: No special requirements.

(3) Having a large offline physical store presence in China (at least 100 stores).

3. Sellers must meet the following operational requirements:

Mainly sell branded products (at least 80% of the store's SKUs are designated brand products);

·It is a flagship store operated by the brand or designated by the brand as an exclusive operation store;

Other local specific project/legal requirements (see local entry rules).

4. As an international brand, the seller must have physical stores in at least three of the following regions:

East Africa, Central Africa, North Africa, South Africa, West Africa, Caribbean, Central America, South America, North America, Central Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Western Asia, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Polynesia, and Micronesia.
