Cross-border e-commerce company Onion Group plans to IPO in the U.S.


Recently, Onion Global Limited, the parent company of cross-border e-commerce Onion Group , submitted a prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, intending to list on the New York Stock Exchange. The stores in the trial operation period are no different from normal stores, but the trial operation period is up to 210 days. New merchants can officially open Tmall stores if they pass all the assessments in six dimensions.

 

Latin American cross-border payment platform dLocal receives $150 million in financing


Recently, Latin American cross-border payment service provider dLocal completed a financing of US$150 million, and its valuation will reach US$5 billion after this round of financing. The lead investor is Alkeon Capital, and Tiger Global Management, D1 Capital Partners, and Bond participated in the investment. China's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports reached 419.5 billion yuan in the first quarter


On April 13, the State Council Information Office held a press conference on the import and export situation in the first quarter. Li Kuiwen, spokesman of the General Administration of Customs and director of the Statistics and Analysis Department, said that according to data, China's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports in the first quarter were 419.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.5%, of which exports were 280.8 billion yuan, an increase of 69.3%; imports were 138.7 billion yuan, an increase of 15.1% .
