What is Reddit

What is Reddit

Reddit is the largest online community in the United States. Registered users can post text or links on the website, making it basically an electronic bulletin board system. Registered users can vote on these posts, and the results will be used to rank and determine its position on the homepage or subpage. The content classification on the website is called "subreddit". The content of subreddit includes news, video games, movies, music, books, fitness, food and photo sharing.

About Reddit

Users (also called Redditors) can browse and submit links to content on the Internet or post their own original or user-submitted text. Other users can vote up or down on posted links, and the most popular links are placed on the front page. In addition, users can comment on posted links and reply to other commenters, thus forming an online community. Reddit users can create their own threads, which are both informal like Reddit user submissions and formal like communities for people who post links and comments.

Origin of the name

The name “Reddit” comes from the fact that it’s pronounced the same as the past tense of the English word “read it.” The idea is that if you browse Reddit regularly, you won’t miss anything important on the site.

Posting Requirements

The number of store feedback is not less than 100;

The product rating should be no less than 4 points;

The product has at least 15 reviews;

Deals for different products and time periods will be posted in different sections. Generally speaking, as long as the code is valid, the post will exist for a long time. The website has high traffic and deals are slow but lasting.

Operating Rules

Reddit's official blog once proposed amazing operating rules, such as no advertising, no deliberate SEO, no forced registration, no promotional emails, no forced downloads of APP, etc.
