Q: When and how do I arrange to pick up the goods?

A: If your item has not been picked up, you will need to contact the buyer and agree on pickup.

You can also contact the buyer through the order details page. If the buyer fails to respond to you or pick up the item within 10 days, you can contact us.

· If a third party is involved in extracting the items, the buyer will be responsible for the entire process.

If the buyer chose to take delivery of the item, but now decides to arrange for the item to be shipped, the buyer and seller can come to an agreement.

Q: How can I contact the buyer of the lot?

A: You can contact the buyer through the order details page on Catawiki. Go to > My sold orders and click on 'Order details' to display the sales page for that order. You can then click on the 'Send message' link to send a message to the buyer.

Q: When will I receive payment for the items I sold?

A: After receiving payment from the buyer, you will be notified that you will have 3 working days to ship the order or prepare for the buyer to pick up the goods. On the 4th day after the order is delivered, your payment will be arranged according to the selected payment frequency.
