Q: What is the price of Mixtiles?

A: Each tile is $11. For example, an order of 6 tiles is $66. Prices are in US dollars.

Q: How big are the tiles?

A: They are approximately 20 x 20 cm and 2 cm thick (8 x 8 inches and less than 1 inch thick).

Q: Do you have other sizes?

A: Not right now, but we would love to. Hopefully soon!

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: Generally about a week. It takes longer in some countries, but the app will show you your estimated delivery date before you confirm your order.

Q: How does Mixtiles work?

A: They have a strip of tape on the back. You peel off the protective paper and stick it on the wall. Very easy! (We like the pie.)

Q: Is it easy to move the tiles?

A: Super easy - that's what Mixtiles are for! Just pop them off the wall and stick them in different locations. Knock yourself out, you can do this dozens of times!

Q: Won't they damage my walls?

A: No, there is no damage.

Q: Are there any types of walls that Mixtiles won’t stick to?

A: They work great on the vast majority of walls. However, if you have any issues, let us know and we'll give you a refund.

Q: Can I have my order shipped expedited?

A: Not at the moment, sorry!

Q: Is there a minimum photo resolution I should use?

A: Your image should be at least 499 x 499 pixels to print clearly. The app will warn you if your image is smaller than that.

Q: Can I use photos from Facebook or Instagram?

A: Yes! Select "Select from online services" when adding photos.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship to most countries in the world. When entering your address you can select your country from the drop down menu!
