4. Establish an insurance fund for the trading center’s clients – members of KDIFM;

5. Assist in organizing conditions to improve the quality of participants in international financial markets; assist in improving the legislative and regulatory framework of international financial markets;

6. To provide information and analysis on the services and working principles of the international financial market; to study the trends and prospects of the development of the international financial market and the introduction of new technologies.

Activity

Resolving issues and disputes among participants in international financial markets, certifying participants in international financial markets, and ensuring that certified participants in international financial markets fulfil their obligations.

Advertising and Information

The working body of CSSFM is the Arbitration Committee, which is composed of representatives of major foreign exchange companies, traders, and representatives of the banking and financial industries. In the course of its work, the Committee strives to resolve disputes promptly and equally to protect the rights and interests of CRDUFM members and their customers.
