Development History

-PriceGrabber was founded in 1999.

-In 2005, PriceGrabber was acquired by Experian for $485 million.

- In 2012, Experian agreed to sell PriceGrabber to Indian group Ybrant Digital. In October of the same year, Experian announced that it had completed the sale of PriceGrabber, LowerMyBills and ClassesUSA.com to the company's management team for an undisclosed amount.

-In June 2015, Connexity (formerly Shopzilla) announced that it had acquired PriceGrabber, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
