Cainiao International Express Service is fully upgraded to "promise to deliver, and compensate for late delivery" and covers 22 countries in the AliExpress market

Recently, the reporter learned from Cainiao International Express that after the service upgrade in the first quarter, services such as "promised delivery and compensation for late delivery " have covered 22 key countries in Europe, America and Asia of AliExpress , creating a "fast, convenient and economical" international parcel service for cross-border merchants.

 

Specifically, Cainiao International Express has fully upgraded its three standard products, namely, Worry-Free, Economy and Simple, with the average delivery time to the UK, Italy, Canada and the US increasing by more than 30 % . Merchants who use these three express products to ship to 22 countries will have their goods marked with a special "X-day delivery, late delivery will be compensated" on the AliExpress e-commerce platform.

 

This kind of product with the "Promise to Reach" logo is like a "VIP Green Pass". It is the first priority for domestic collection, transportation and distribution to boarding and delivery. This cross-border logistics with multiple guarantees not only ensures that the parcel is delivered safely within the specified time, but also drives the growth of overseas orders.



In case the package is "late", there is no need to worry about after-sales compensation. To this end, Cainiao and AliExpress have upgraded the compensation model to achieve full custody of overseas returns. The merchant has no involvement in the entire process, and the compensation time can be shortened by more than 20 % . In particular, in order to address the major pain point of overseas delivery failure , Cainiao has also launched a delivery return custody service, which allows the platform to submit complaints on behalf of consumers, track the status of the package 24 hours a day until the return is signed, and consumers can automatically apply for compensation.

 

Relying on the self-built terminal distribution network and overseas warehouses in Spain, Cainiao International Express was the first to launch the "local return" service in Spain. Within 15 days of receiving the goods , local consumers can apply for free returns. Just one-click return in the AliExpress APP, and you can receive a refund within an average of one week.
