-In March 2011, Sprout Social received $10 million in funding in a round led by New Enterprise Associates.

-In June 2014, Sprout Social Inc. raised $8 million from venture capital funds Lightbank and NEA.

-In February 2016, Sprout Social announced that it had received US$42 million in Series C funding led by the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
