On December 15, the cross-border e-commerce SaaS service provider Lingxing announced the completion of RMB 280 million in Series C financing . This round of financing was led by Xianghe Capital, followed by old shareholders Hillhouse Capital, Source Code Capital, Shunwei Capital, and Eastern Bell Capital, and Taihe Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.

 

Founded in 2017, Lingxing is committed to providing refined operations and business-finance integration solutions for cross-border e-commerce sellers . The team now has more than 700 people and has localized service centers in more than 20 cities across the country.

 

At present, Lingxing has served more than 100,000 cross-border e-commerce companies, among which the number of listed cross-border e-commerce companies and sellers with a scale of 100 million are leading the industry. In 2021, its business grew by more than 200% . In the same year, it also obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certification and the National Information Security Level Protection Certification .

 

With the in-depth development of cross-border e-commerce, branding and refined management have become an industry consensus.
