A: We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Please note that some items cannot be shipped via USPS (e.g. Zippo fuel, pepper spray, certain knives). CastleGate reserves the right to modify a customer's shipping options if necessary.

A: Items shipped by USPS do not have a guaranteed delivery time, they will come with a delivery confirmation. In some cases, this can be used to track the package, however typically during the holidays, packages will not be scanned until they arrive at their destination. If customers want full tracking on their order, it is recommended to use the UPS option at checkout.
