Stuck in an endless loop! Failed to delete the illegal products, the seller's account is still blocked

Recently, the editor learned from the official Amazon seller forum that a seller deleted the violating items from the inventory, but the product violations were still displayed in the account.

The seller EASY77 said that these illegal items were not subject to any restrictions. The seller's account was frozen, so he could not edit the product asin and could only delete it, but these violations still existed.

Before the seller discovered the 144 violations, his account had been blocked for more than five months. Now the seller is in a dilemma, unable to delete the violations, and unable to resolve the issue of his account being frozen.

EAS7YY said that Amazon initially gave the reason of improper communication with others, and later said it was a violation of intellectual property rights. Finally, through investigation, it was found that a Chinese competitor sent a false complaint to Amazon. Currently, the seller EASY77 cannot edit any products and cannot file a complaint because his account has been frozen.

Subsequently, Amazon official Darby_Amazon responded to the seller, saying that for each violation on the account health dashboard, the seller will receive a performance notification containing the restricted product policy. Even if the seller deletes the ASIN, he still needs to submit an appeal to Amazon, indicating the policy violated in the sales activity and the corresponding measures to avoid policy violations in the future.

Amazon staff emphasized that in most cases, sellers only need to edit the product details page to remove certain illegal statements. However, if the seller deletes the ASIN, then the only way to protect the health of the account is to submit an appeal. Because the seller's account is currently suspended, it will not be possible to appeal against the ASIN that was relisted after deletion. If the seller does not delete the ASIN, then the seller can submit changes to the ASIN, and the new ASIN will be updated after the account resumes normal operation.

Some sellers are puzzled and even laugh at EASY77's 144 violation statements. But some sellers still say that this may be caused by bad sellers' illegal competition and attack on products. Currently, EASY77 is in an infinite loop: if you want to delete the ASIN in the product, you must restore the account to appeal; and if you want to restore the account, you must complain about the illegal behavior of bad sellers. But the seller's account is currently suspended and cannot perform any effective operations. This is really a bitter experience.
