Wish confirms delivery policy for 4 more countries!

Wish's confirmed delivery policy is a logistics and delivery requirement for some specific orders. The so-called confirmed delivery policy means that if the order amount is greater than or equal to the corresponding value, the order will be subject to the policy. The countries added by Wish this time are Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Estonia, and Luxembourg. The corresponding thresholds for the four countries covered this time are greater than or equal to US$4, US$5, and US$10 (the thresholds for the latter two countries are the same).

Regarding the update of the delivery policy, Wish said that the platform will regularly monitor the performance of their logistics service providers and will update the list of recognized logistics service providers from time to time, so that merchants can have more reliable choices in logistics partners. Merchants should note that for orders shipped from China, WishPost is the only recognized logistics service provider .

Merchants must meet the following conditions to be considered eligible for this policy: merchants must provide valid logistics tracking information, orders must be confirmed to be fulfilled within 7 natural days, and logistics service providers must provide delivery information within one month after fulfillment. Among these, the logistics service providers that merchants cooperate with must be able to provide them with detailed information. Wish said that merchants who do not meet the platform requirements may face the risk of having their accounts suspended.

This policy has been updated several times, with the latest update being in February of this year. In the February update, Wish made changes to the thresholds and logistics channel choices for orders from some countries, involving routes to more than 30 countries including South Korea, Japan, Canada, and Russia.

During August, Wish has successively released a number of announcements, including logistics refund compensation, flow control of illegal products, and regular account checks. Wish intends to provide convenience for sellers. As the peak season is approaching, platform sellers should still pay attention to relevant trends and policies and seize favorable factors to prepare for the peak season.
