The "Notice" clearly states that for enterprises that carry out online promotions with the help of social media, search engines, live broadcast platforms, third-party e-commerce platforms, etc. during the period from January to June, and incur expenses of more than 30,000 yuan, and have cross-border e-commerce business performance in the first half of the year, subsidies will be given according to a certain ratio, with the maximum subsidy ratio not exceeding 50%, and the maximum subsidy for a single enterprise not exceeding 30,000 yuan.

It is understood that the application starts from August 26 and ends on September 2. If cross-border e-commerce companies want to apply for subsidies, they must meet the following conditions:

1. An enterprise legally registered in Zhengzhou City with independent legal personality;

2. The financial funds that should be repaid are not in arrears and are not included in the negative list of financial funds;

3. Actively cooperate with relevant departments to complete industry statistical monitoring, industry early warning, information consultation, publicity and training, etc.

If there is any fraud or defrauding of financial funds, the funds will be recovered in accordance with the law and regulations, and they will be severely investigated and punished.
