Sellers can relist these products, but the platform encourages sellers to honestly list the correct inventory. Sellers may also encounter items with high return rates , which may mean that the item has specific operational or quality issues. In order to give sellers a chance to resolve these issues, items in the list with 5 or fewer items accounting for a total return rate ≥ 60% will be removed from the shelves.
