-1997, Founded Base Co., Ltd. in October 1999

-In 2002, a joint venture company "Shanghai Jinqiao Hisense Software Co., Ltd." was established with a local company

-In 2003, obtained the core partner certification of Fujitsu Limited

-In 2006, "Wuxi Shanpi Software Development Co., Ltd." was established in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China

-In 2009, the company acquired all the shares of Fujitsu Computer Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from Fujitsu System Solutions Co., Ltd. (now Fujitsu Limited) and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary, with all employees transferred from Fujitsu Sanshu Software Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Fuso Software Development Co., Ltd. renamed as Kaisui Information Systems Co., Ltd., and integrated the business development in China into Kaisui Information Systems Co., Ltd.

-In 2011, the British Broadcasting Corporation was established.

-In 2019, the company was listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
