Q: If I forget to show my card at checkout, can I still earn points?

A: In order to earn points on your purchase, your PC Optimum card must be scanned at the time of purchase or you must pay with a PC Financial Mastercard.

Q: I am missing points from a transaction, what should I do?

A: If your transaction occurred within the last 45 days, you can go to the Points section of the website or app and find the transaction with missing points under Account. Click on that transaction and select Points Lookup. Fill out the Points Lookup form and our Member Services team will be happy to investigate for you. A member of the team will contact you via email.

Q: What if I forget to load the quote?

A: If you forget to load an offer during the week, you will not earn the associated points. To get the most out of the program, build your load in to your weekly shopping routine. That way, you'll never miss out on a quick chance to earn rewards!
