About sg2016

• Combining traditional motifs with a modern, timeless aesthetic and just the right amount of fun, the sg2016 design duo is known for creating exquisite and imaginative jewellery, inspired by fascinating themes and rooted in both innovative and traditional goldsmithing techniques.

• Since the studio was founded in 2011, beginning at a kitchen table in North London, SMITH/GREY has developed a signature design language with an ever-expanding visual vocabulary reflected in seasonal collections, collaborations and bespoke commissions.

• Catering to both women and men and offering a unique perspective on jewellery design, they launched the studio with three editorial collections which were well received and quickly attracted interest from local and international press as well as clients.
