Q: Are NOMATIC products waterproof?

A: All of our bags are water resistant, but not necessarily waterproof! Even though the material is water resistant, moisture can still seep in through the zippers or stitching. Our design team works hard to make the bags as waterproof as possible, however, stitching and zippers may sometimes let water in.

Q: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee that an order will be shipped from a certain warehouse as our team will do their best to get the order out as quickly as possible and a specific warehouse may have limited stock. In this case, the order will be shipped from a warehouse with sufficient stock.

A: Shipping costs vary based on each product and the destination where the item is being shipped.

All orders over $50 receive free FedEx Ground shipping within the continental U.S. Shipping costs for orders under $50 vary by product and shipping address. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• International Orders

International shipping varies for each product and delivery address. Shipping costs can be calculated at checkout. Please note that for non-EU and Canadian customers, VAT and import duties are not included in shipping costs.
