ADAY's products do not follow the seasonal sales rules of traditional clothing brands. They are suitable for a variety of occasions and can be worn for multiple days. Each piece of clothing is equipped with many novel material properties, such as sweat absorption, quick drying, wrinkle resistance, UV resistance and chloride ion resistance. These advantages are usually closely related to sportswear and sports casual clothing, but ADAY is still positioned as a ready-to-wear brand.

Q: Can I customize my ADAY items?

A: We want you to feel like your ADAY was tailored just for you, so we're happy to help you customize your ADAY for a *perfect* fit. Send a photo of your tailoring receipt to [email protected] and we'll send you a $110 gift card to be used toward your next purchase. We can also provide specific instructions on how to customize many of our pieces. Please note that once an ADAY piece has been tailored or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. However, we do offer free exchanges and returns for store credit.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship anywhere in the U.S. and internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
