Amazon Smile is a charity project launched by Amazon in 2013. The project donates 0.5% of the consumer's shopping amount (excluding shipping, packaging, service fees and taxes) to the charity designated by the consumer without adding additional burden to the consumer.

Amazon Smile is currently only available on Amazon in the United States. Below the product images participating in the Amazon Smile program will be marked "Eligible for Amazon Smile donation". The account on the Amazon Smile website is the same as that on Amazon.com. Whether it is the product variety, price, delivery options or Prime service content, Amazon Smile.com is no different from Amazon.com. You can even find your shopping cart and wish list on the website.

Simply visit AmazonSmile.com, select a charity, and the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate money to the charity on behalf of the consumer.

Participating Institutions

The charity platforms involved in Amazon Smile include the American White Cross, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, DoSomething.org, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Charity Water (committed to providing clean drinking water and reducing water pollution in developing countries), Doctors Without Borders, World Wildlife Fund, ALS Living Fund Inc, etc. There are more than one million eligible charitable organizations to choose from.
