About Buffy

We’re proud of what Buffy has accomplished—but we know there’s more work to do! That’s why we’re working to build a closed-loop system, where everything we take from the Earth, we replenish, and nothing harmful goes back in. That means taking an extra close look at our entire supply chain, from shipping and logistics to material sourcing and packaging. We won’t close the loop next week or even next year. But we’re starting the work now and will share our progress and challenges with you as we go.

Buffy's Advantages

• Responsible Materials. The goal is to use completely natural, recycled or recyclable materials to make all of our products.
• Product Quality and Durability. We know that one of the most environmentally friendly things we can do is to provide products that our customers will use for years (and decades) to come. That means wear-testing our home furnishings for maximum durability and providing care instructions that help extend their lifespan.
• Responsible transport and logistics. In the future, our goal is to offset the CO2 emissions of the entire supply chain – not just freight and customer shipments!
• Responsible End of Life Care. Our goal is to make products that are biodegradable or fully recyclable, and until then, create a return recycling program to give gently used Buffy products new life.
