A: Your reusable cup can last up to 3 years. Be sure to follow all proper usage and care instructions to keep it in good condition.

Q: If I use a cup, am I at risk for toxic shock syndrome?

A: Today, there have been only 2 cases of TSS reported worldwide from menstrual cups - this is significantly lower than the number of TSS cases associated with tampon use! However, new research conducted by medical experts shows that you should not use any menstrual cup or tampon for more than 6 hours. As a precautionary measure, we recommend changing the cup every 6 hours.
