Q: How do I shop on the site if I'm shipping to a destination outside of the United States?

A: You can select the country you want your order shipped to from the country selector in the upper right corner of the website. Once you have selected your country, the website will switch to that country's currency. The checkout page will also be in the common language of the country you selected. You will see local payment options and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees in your country's checkout screen.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, Alipay, Sofort, giropay etc. Quadpay is only available to US customers.

Q: Can I return the product?

A: Yes, most products can be returned. All returned products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags intact and hygiene labels intact on any swimwear items.

Monogrammed items, face coverings, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or refund. These purchases are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Summersalt cannot refund duties and taxes. You may be able to obtain a refund for these by contacting your local customs office; however, we cannot guarantee this.

You will be able to print your return shipping label through the Global Returns Portal.

Find a bag or box that can hold all of the items you are returning. You can always reuse the eco-friendly packaging that the items from your original order arrived in.

Place all items you are returning into the package. Please also include the return instructions that you printed along with your return shipping label. This will reduce the time it takes to process your refund.

Make sure the item fits snugly in the packaging to avoid extra shipping costs. Remove any old shipping labels from the package. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the bag or box.
