Q: I don't have a credit card, can we pay by other means?

A: Yes, we also offer direct debit for monthly payments. If you pay annually, we also offer account payments. Please contact our support to set this up.

Q: I am still importing data. How long will it take?

A: After registration we will indicate within 24 hours that the import is running. That's because we first get most of the data overnight. You don't have to worry, the indication will disappear after 24 hours and all data should be available at the latest.

Q: Can I set up multiple seller accounts with AMALYTIX?

A: No, each AMALYTIX account can only create one API link.

Q: Does AMALYTIX support VAT calculation services?

A: Yes, as soon as AMALYTIX finds sales tax in the transaction data, the manual sales tax rate will no longer be considered. If we do not find any sales tax in the transaction, we will use the sales tax rate stored under Settings as a basis.

Q: How can I read the session and conversion data? The column is empty for me.

A: This data is only available in Seller Central. In order to read out this data, AMALYTIX needs a user with the appropriate permissions. Under Settings/Amazon Account you will find the email address you need to invite to Seller Central. Once we have accepted the invitation we will read out this data on a daily basis.
