Q: What is direct selling?

A: Dropshipping is the business of selling products through suppliers like Dropship Town, but you don’t currently own them. Instead, you purchase inventory on demand after your customers have already paid you.

Dropshipping is an alternative to buying a ton of inventory upfront out of pocket and sitting on all those products until they sell, paying for warehouses, staff, and everything that comes with that.

You can take any of the products available on our website and sell them as if they were already in your possession. Then, when you have an order and your customer has paid you, you come to us, buy the item from us, and we ship it directly to your customer on your behalf.

Q: What are your product conditions?

A: We only sell two product conditions, new and new out of box. You will find the condition of all our products.

99% of our products are brand new and sealed, but we do have some warehouses that only handle liquidation and closeout items in new open box condition.

Q: How to place an order?

A: We make ordering easy. We offer you a variety of ways to submit your order.

Directly on our website, add items to your shopping cart and complete checkout, when asked for a shipping address, simply enter your customers shipping address.

If you use our Ready2Launch Manager, you can use our fully automated or one-click ordering system to make things really simple.
Every time you log into your account or access your dashboard, you will be alerted of any new orders. You will be able to manage all orders from all sales channels in one place and submit them with a single click or fully automate them by channel.

If you use 3rd party tools or have a 3rd party website, please use our API system. This requires some technical knowledge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship to the lower 48 states. That is from New York to California.
