Q: How does Cahoot work?

A: You join hundreds of highly rated merchants and 3PLs working together to fulfill e-commerce orders. Merchants can work with Cahoot in two ways, (1) peer-to-peer fulfillment and (2) outsourced fulfillment. In peer-to-peer fulfillment, you distribute your inventory to other sellers' warehouses across the country. In exchange for other sellers storing and shipping your goods, you have the option to do the same for orders within the network. Thus, you offset any storage and order fulfillment costs. Now you can offer free 1-day or 2-day shipping and let the network ship your goods cheaper and faster.

Alternatively, with outsourced fulfillment, you can place your inventory in Cahoot’s vast network of warehouses and have us fulfill your orders. This is a great option for merchants to offer 1-day and 2-day delivery nationwide without having to operate their own warehouses.

Q: Can I use the Cahoot Network for Seller-Fulfilled Prime orders?

A: Yes, Cahoot's fulfillment network is fully integrated with Buy Shipping by Amazon to comply with Amazon's Terms of Service. Many of our customers have successfully increased sales by enabling Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) regions that they were previously unable to serve.
