AliExpress wins the title of Best Cross-border E-commerce Platform in Brazil: Customs clearance becomes more convenient and contract fulfillment is further accelerated

According to the official website of the Effie Awards, on October 3, AliExpress, a cross-border e-commerce platform from China, won the "Best Cross-border E-commerce Platform Award" ( The Ebit Nielsen Award ) in Brazil.

This award is recognized as one of the most authoritative awards in the Brazilian e-commerce industry, and it is a high recognition of the recognition of the winning companies among Brazilian consumers . The selection results are determined by public voting, and this is the first time since the establishment of the award that the best cross-border e-commerce platform has been selected.

This year, AliExpress has continuously increased its investment in the Brazilian market , including increasing the construction of overseas warehouses . In September, AliExpress actively cooperated with the Brazilian government to improve the cross-border transaction experience, took the lead in obtaining the Brazilian government's "Tax Compliance Program" license, and officially launched the " Brazil Tax Payment Logistics Service " , which is expected to be fully launched on October 16 .

By then, Brazilian consumers will be able to pay taxes and fees in advance when placing an order, without having to go through customs clearance offline after the package arrives at the customs. The number of cases where customs clearance is blocked due to consumers' unwillingness to do so will be greatly reduced, and the timeliness of fulfilling contracts will also be greatly improved.

For merchants , there is no need for complicated operations such as manual price adjustment. With just one click , the Brazil-bound logistics will be automatically upgraded to a tax payment logistics route ( DDP route), achieving duty-free packages below US$50, faster customs clearance speed and higher transaction certainty.
