On September 22, Qiao Qiao, general manager of Taobao Tmall Apparel and Fashion, led the core team to Guangzhou, where they had in-depth exchanges with 28 Taobao merchants and established the 1 billion club on the spot - serving 1 billion consumers and striving for 1 billion store transactions complement each other.


Qiao Qiao mentioned that clothing is a repurchase industry, not a short-term ROI, and more attention should be paid to repurchase, linkage, and customer operations. In the future, we will pay more attention to what consumers want, and the core is still to grasp both supply and users. Supply is divided into product supply and content supply. Why do we pay attention to content? It is not because short videos and live broadcasts have traffic, but because using content can better convey selling points.


In Qiao Qiao's opinion, everyone has fallen into a traffic vicious circle. It is possible that on the so-called content platform, as long as the content is good, it will be fine; but on the consumer platform, if the product is not good, the subsequent content will be useless.
