Recently, Shopee issued an announcement that starting from March 29, the customer service system of cross-border sellers will be migrated from the old system to the new system .

 

Sellers should note that starting from 00:00 on March 29, the processing time of hotline, online chat and email consultation channels will be affected to varying degrees . In case of emergency, please contact customer service to register . Customer service phone: 400-126-8888

 

I believe that many Shopee cross-border sellers will have questions, why do sellers need to migrate their customer service systems from the old system to the new system? The daily use of the search box function is also worth noting. In order not to miss messages from buyers, you must use the search box frequently. You can find messages from buyers through the search box, and directly find unread messages and marked messages through the filter box. The filtering operation allows sellers not to miss any potential orders easily.

 

In order to improve the efficiency of communication with buyers, the use of the quick message reply function must be taken seriously. In the chat settings, you can set up quick message replies, up to 20 messages, and you can set up welcome, apology, thanks, product-related information, and order information in advance, which can improve the buyer's experience.
