Development experience

-At the end of 2006, The Home Depot acquired 12 branches of Tianjin Home World for US$100 million and successfully entered the Chinese market.

-In 2007, all branches of The Home Depot in six major cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Qingdao were officially opened, and Chen Yaodong, former chairman of Beijing Hualian Supermarket, was appointed president of the China region.
