Attention! Lazada will upgrade the parcel collection point "Collection Point"

Recently, according to foreign media reports, in order to provide consumers with a better shopping experience, Lazada Thailand has expanded the self-pickup service "Collection Point", making the delivery of goods simpler, more convenient and safer, while also reducing the risk of contact.

Lazada said that after consumers order goods from the Lazada app, buyers can choose the service point that is most convenient for receiving the package. Currently, there are more than 97 locations in Bangkok and its surrounding provinces for buyers to choose from. In addition, buyers can use Flash Express, BOX24 and Bee Box for goods delivery. These companies will accept orders during the upcoming 11.11 event.

James Marchant, Chief Logistics Officer of Lazada Thailand, said: "After Lazada launched Collection Point in October 2019, consumers responded positively and well, especially during the lockdown period, the number of Lazada users increased by 22%, which shows Lazada's determination to continuously improve its services. Lazada will meet consumers' shopping needs through an efficient logistics system and provide consumers with more comprehensive services by acquiring more new partners."

Lazada said that buyers can choose a convenient service point for parcel delivery. Lazada will use the OTP code to receive the product to prevent the loss of goods and other problems. Buyers only need to follow the following two steps to easily choose to receive the parcel themselves:

Step 1 - Select a pickup point on the checkout page

After selecting the required products, buyers can choose the delivery address instead of their own delivery address to pick up the package on the checkout page. The system will display the package pickup points near the customer's address.

Step 2 – Select the required parcel pickup service point and wait to receive the product after confirming the order.

Besides that , Lazada highlights that there are parcel pickup points from different service providers where buyers can pick up their parcels as follows:

Flash Express

Open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at 6 locations such as Bangkok University (Rangsit), Huachiew University, Kasetsart University (Bangkhen).

BOX24

Open from 10:00am to 5:00pm at 71 locations such as Rhythm Condo Sukhumvit 36, Condo Lumpini Ville Phaholyothin-Sutthisan, Condo Life Asoke.

Bee Box

Open from 10:00am to 5:00pm at 20 locations such as Supalai Park Condo, Kaset Intersection, Building A, Lumpini Ville On Nut-Phatthanakan, The Seed Mingle Condo Sathorn-Suanplu.

After the platform receives the order and the store ships successfully, the package will be delivered to the selected pickup point. The buyer will receive a notification SMS with an OTP code for receiving the package . If the package cannot be picked up within 3 days, the package will be returned to the seller.
