Online shopping platform Anymarket arrives in Argentina

Anymarket, an online shopping platform under the Brazilian DB1 Group, has now landed in Argentina . The platform will centralize and synchronize sales operations for sellers and expand their digital sales channels.

The DB1 Group is made up of Brazilian technology companies headquartered in Maringá, Brazil, with operating bases in Brazil, Argentina and the United States, providing software and development services to medium and large companies . Anymarket is an online shopping platform founded by the DB1 Group in Brazil in 2015 , which allows sellers to centralize and synchronize sales operations in different markets.

E-commerce in Argentina is growing rapidly. According to the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Commerce ( CACE) , by 2020, 1,284,960 new buyers will be added to e-commerce, totaling more than 20 million (almost half of the total population of Argentina ). Anymarket will help e-commerce companies synchronize and update inventory, integrate distributors, and establish rules for each distributor. In addition, it offers the possibility to create pricing strategies for each market.

In Argentina, more and more allies are joining Anymarket , such as Mercadolibre, Garbarino, Tienda Naranja, ICBC Shopping Center, etc. Among the customers who already have integration centers, its cooperative customers include Lacoste, Whirpool, Spectrum Brand, etc. In Brazil, the platform has more than 1,500 customers and about 50 markets.

Rodolfo Helmbrecht, the company’s Latin American business manager, believes : By 2020, the Argentine e-commerce market had the highest growth rate in the entire Latin American region, and new players in the market began to integrate. We believe that this is an opportunity for all retailers who already sell online, as well as industries that are digitalizing, to use marketplace platforms to expand their digital sales channels, and Anymarket came to this country with this mission .

The benefit of market integration is that customers can centralize everything: product information integration, including all details and inventory. It helps to tightly integrate the product database.

E-commerce in Argentina is developing rapidly. In the process of development of its e-commerce market, the increase in platforms has led to an increase in the demand for information classification and integration, and promoted the process of business digitalization. Although the development of e-commerce in Argentina retains a strong regional color, its development model is still of reference value to us.
