The order fulfillment service supports specific WishPost logistics channels . Sellers can choose to pack by themselves and enjoy lower operating costs . This policy will take effect on March 10, 2021, Beijing time .
In order to help sellers improve logistics efficiency and reduce storage costs, starting from 10:00 am on March 10, 2021 (Beijing time) , the WishPost Joint Warehouse Project will implement the following two changes:
1. When the project was first launched, only A+ Logistics Program order fulfillment services were provided . From the above effective date, the project can support more WishPost logistics channel paths, that is, fulfill non-A+ Logistics Program orders.
It is worth noting that Wish is constantly cooperating and coordinating with various logistics service providers, so the logistics channels supported by the project may change without further notice. The platform strongly recommends that sellers learn about the latest supported channels by clicking on the relevant links in the background .
2. In order to further help small and medium-sized merchants reduce operating costs, merchants can now pack their inventory themselves and then transport it to the Liancang warehouse.
Previously, the joint warehouse project provided order fulfillment services, including goods sorting, packaging and delivery to relevant warehouses, with a total operation fee of RMB 2 per order. From 10:00 am on March 10, 2021, Beijing time, merchants who choose to pack by themselves and meet the packaging requirements will be charged a handling fee of RMB 1.5 per order .
Please note that if the seller fails to pack the goods as required, the order may still be charged according to the warehouse packaging method, that is, 2RMB/order.
Sellers can go to the relevant link on the official website to learn about specific packaging requirements .
At the same time , the warehouse will also check the inventory that has arrived at the warehouse before the effective date. If the inventory has been packed by the seller and meets the requirements, an operation fee of 1.5 RMB/order will be charged, otherwise the fee will still be deducted in the original way. If you have any objections, you can contact WishPost customer service.
Importantly, operating fees incurred before 00:00 on March 10, 2021 (Beijing time) will no longer be adjusted.
Although sellers are not forced to participate in the joint warehouse project , the platform said that this is to encourage sellers to carefully weigh the characteristics of this project. If it suits the seller's own needs, Wish encourages sellers to join this project and make full use of the project's many advantages.
While sellers are using the various high-quality services of the warehouse integration program, the platform also expects sellers to provide valuable suggestions. Wish will continue to optimize the warehouse integration program based on sellers ’ feedback to further help sellers improve their logistics performance on the WishPost platform.
If sellers want to participate in the joint warehouse project, they can contact WishPost customer service. Wish WishPost Seller |
