Q: When will my order arrive?

A: It usually takes 1-5 business days for our suppliers to prepare your shipment, delivery time varies depending on your shipping address and the availability of the ordered items, we always provide a tracking link with a delivery estimate once the order has been shipped. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately;

Q: Is there anything else I should be aware of?

A: You must be of legal drinking age in your country to purchase spirits. In addition, orders must be signed for by a person of legal drinking age. As deliveries usually occur during working hours, we recommend that goods be delivered to a work address whenever possible. As we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we do not cover the costs associated with deliveries to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) due to failed deliveries;

Q: Can I return the product?

A: If it has not been shipped, you can cancel your order within three days of purchase for a full refund. Once the order is secure and successfully delivered, we will not accept returns due to change of mind or taste. Due to national regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol purchased by customers in error. The product images on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not always be an accurate representation of the goods in stock. The actual product may vary, such as version or batch. If the version or batch is not specifically mentioned in the product name or description, we cannot guarantee which version you will receive;

Q: What if the product is damaged or wrong?

A: We have taken great pains in designing our signature packaging to not only provide a one-of-a-kind unboxing experience, but also to provide maximum protection for its contents. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please notify us immediately and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. If a replacement item is not available, you will be refunded once the item in question is returned in the same condition in which it was received. In this case, please send photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging as this will speed up resolution time.
