eBid is an online auction site founded in December 1998. It is open to consumers around the world. The platform allows sellers to create fixed-price product listings or auction listings. The platform has Buddy Points, which rewards consumers who purchase products or sellers who receive good reviews.

Seller Account Type

eBid offers two types of seller accounts. The first is the most basic, where sellers can list products for free, but need to pay a 3% commission to the platform when the products are sold; the second is that sellers pay a one-time fee of $99.98 and get a SELLER+ account, and then they don’t have to pay commissions. The SELLER+ account has more features, such as the ability to import listings from platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. It also allows sellers to operate up to 5 stores and customize their stores.
