Q: Can I add items to my order?

A: We can definitely try! Please email [email protected]. If it's within 24 hours of your order being placed, we will add the items to your original shipment so you don't have to pay extra shipping costs. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we can't make any changes and you will need to place a new order.

Q: Can I change the delivery speed of my order?

A: If your order has not yet shipped, you can add expedited shipping to your order by emailing [email protected]. Most orders take 24-48 hours to process, please keep this in mind when checking out as we cannot change the speed at which an order has already shipped.

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: We usually ship within 48 hours of your order. Handling time is not included in FedEx shipping time.

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. then takes approximately three to four business days. Determine the exact number of days required for standard shipping based on your location.

If your order is being sent to a residential address, delivery days may be Monday to Sunday.

For all other addresses, deliveries remain strictly to working days (Monday to Friday).

Q: Can I customize my bundle?

A: We have over 75 bundles to choose from, but unfortunately, at this time you cannot customize a bundle outside of the style you choose.
