A: There is no additional charge. The price of the subscription plan is based only on the number of emails sent. So whether you are using just one European site or two or five, the price is based on the total number of emails you send.

Q: Can I change my subscription plan during peak season?

A: Of course you can. Sellers can temporarily upgrade to get additional emails and then reduce them later.

Q: What if the number of emails sent exceeds the subscription plan limit?

A: If this happens, Feedbackz will send you a friendly reminder that you are approaching the limit of your plan. Once you reach the maximum, the excess will become a pending email and will be sent after the subscription plan is re-cycled or upgraded.
