Oushutong completes RMB 300 million in Series A and A+ financing

As the cross-border e-commerce industry matures, new service providers continue to emerge in the industry, and the leading companies have roughly completed customer segmentation. The industry has a promising development prospect. As water sellers, service providers are favored by capital. Since last year, news of financing for service providers in the industry has been heard from time to time. Now, Oushuitong has also announced the completion of 300 million yuan in A and A+ rounds of financing.

Recently, Oushutong, which has the largest share and the fastest growth in the cross-border e-commerce compliance SaaS field, announced the completion of 300 million yuan in Series A and A+ financing. It is understood that the investors are Gaocheng Capital and Boyu Capital, and Haoshi Capital serves as the financial advisor. This financing will be mainly used for technological innovation, product development iteration and future talent team expansion, further expanding its leading edge in the digitalization process of the cross-border ecological industry.

On February 6, 2020, Eurotax was officially launched, which changed the declaration mode and price of the VAT industry and realized information sharing. So far, Eurotax has served more than 100,000 sellers and more than 250,000 VAT tax numbers, and the number of users has increased by 600%.

Among sellers, the services provided by Oushutong are “popularly priced.” Calculated based on the price before the launch of the SaaS platform, Oushutong has reduced the burden of cross-border e-commerce sellers by 2.5 billion yuan.

At present, the size of the Eurotax team has reached 300 people, including "120+ R&D IT elites, 100+ customer service teams, and 50+ financial and tax compliance experts". Based on years of experience and understanding of the cross-border compliance industry, it is constantly optimizing and iterating its products.

Cross-border e-commerce compliance has a wide range of business. In May this year, Oushutong launched its sub-brand Maidtong, which focuses on the trademark field and once again subverted the industry's perception with a membership model. Subsequently, it launched EU energy efficiency and UK energy efficiency testing, officially entering the field of product compliance testing, and continuing to provide cross-border sellers with all-round and full-chain cross-border compliance services.
