Ozon starts delivery service for furniture retailer Hoff

Recently, Ozon announced that it will start providing delivery services for Hoff, an online furniture and home furnishings store in Russia . Now consumers can place orders on the Hoff website and receive them at the Ozon pickup point closest to them across the country .

Currently, 60% of Russians can pick up their orders at Ozon points within a 15-minute walk. The cooperation with Ozon will make it more convenient and faster for Russian consumers to buy Hoff products . It is reported that consumers can generally pick up their Hoff orders at nearby Ozon pickup points within 1 to 3 days after the order begins to be processed .

Ivan Ishutkin, Head of Logistics Service Development and Sales at Ozon, commented: “ Most Internet retailers trust Ozon’s last mile logistics services . We deliver approximately 98% of orders to customers on time, which is an indisputable advantage for sellers who value their reputation and want to improve service levels and consumer loyalty . ”

Although it is an e-commerce platform, Ozon has been actively developing its logistics services. Currently, Ozon's logistics services have been used by about 300 companies, including IKEA, Sima-Land, Randez-Vouz and other brands. Ozon Rocket needs to deliver about 10,000 orders from external customers every day.

Recently , Ozon also announced that from October onwards, third-party sellers can sell goods through the Ozon Express delivery service to achieve last-mile delivery.

The Ozon Express service was launched in 2019. The service can deliver goods within 1 hour or at a convenient time, and can transport a variety of categories of products including groceries, consumer goods, electronics, sporting goods, etc. Goods sold through Ozon Express are usually highly liquid and have high requirements for the speed of delivery of goods.
